While it may sound silly, picture the Surface Go as a Surface Pro that’s been put in the clothes dryer a bit too long. Overall performance is excellent, matching that of a high-end ultraportable machine, but don’t expect to do hardcore gaming on it – I didn’t try it with an external graphics card.

There is almost nothing to dislike about this phone, other than some minor gripes about the rubber cover on the charging port. While its waterproof rating is IP68 and no more, that’s enough for most holiday adventures.
