Section 1. Separation from Employment. Executive’s employment with the Company will terminate on December 31, 2018 (the “Separation Date”), and, effective as of the Separation Date, Executive resigns from his positions as Executive Chairman and member of the boards of directors of each of the Company and Holdings.
