Section 16. Entire Agreement. Except for Articles IV and V of the Severance Agreement, the Equity Agreements and the Indemnity Agreement, which remain in full force and effect (except, in the case of the Equity Agreements, as modified by this Agreement), this Agreement constitutes the complete and final agreement between the parties and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, or discussions relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
