It happens to be a Verizon exclusive, so there’s that bottleneck. And the fact that mostly makes the Palm Phone a waste is that it can’t be used as a standalone device; it needs to be linked to another line with a compatible smartphone. So technically, Palm and Verizon want you to own (and pay for) two phones.

And on top of that we have two incredibly mediocre cameras. Using them isn’t a good experience, as for some curious reason the refresh loop for showing a still image isn’t smooth and presents a slideshow-like update. Very off-putting.

DJI have long had ambitions beyond the consumer drone market. A natural move has been to branch out into professional and amateur photography, through the Ronin series and the Osmo range respectively. The Chinese manufacturer has just launched a new handheld camera/gimbal combo, the Osmo Pocket, which could be the most ‘mainstream’ device DJI has ever taken to market.

Tetris may not have been made for the Game Boy, but the handheld certainly made it a phenomenon. Though the classic puzzle game had been available on PCs, it wasn’t until Nintendo released the Game Boy version that it really took off. They sold over 35 million copies of Tetris and people got hooked on its simple yet addictive gameplay.

Companies like Apple and Samsung are making bigger and bigger devices because they tend to sell well. But that’s leaving the smaller-handed among us in the dust — Apple in particular caught a ton of flak for canceling without replacing the iPhone SE. There’s some logic there: It’s tough to design an interface that works well on a 4-inch screen and the gargantuan 6.5-inch display on the iPhone XS Max, the company’s biggest-screened offering to date (to be fair, it’s the same physical size as the older iPhone Plus models, but with a bigger screen thanks to the new design.) But the move still snubs people who prefer smaller gadgets. Even I struggle with the iPhone XS Max, and I’ve got big mitts and long fingers that’d make me a decent pianist if anybody ever explained to me what exactly a treble clef is.

From the outside, the Armor 3 is strongly reminiscent of other Chinese-made rugged phones we’ve covered recently. Indeed, the design of this phone is very similar to the Doogee S80, although the Ulefone handset has a marginally smaller screen, and as a result, it weighs a little less.
