Colors are vibrant, but also seem very inaccurate. Not to mention weird color elements are usually present in most images and video.
If you are going to make the jump and purchase a keyboard, Microsoft offers a few options. A stock $99 Type Cover for Surface Go comes in black alone, while the spiffier $129 Signature Type Cover comes in platinum, burgundy, and cobalt shades. These are finished with a soft "Alcantara" fabric material, which has echoes of rich Corinthian leather but nonetheless feels nice to rest your wrists on. The black version, in contrast, is all-polyurethane.
BMW trucks have tested the incorporation of HUDs into their “smart windshields,” that could save time and fuel costs by optimizing routes and assisting in basic navigation. Equally important, information presented on the HUD can keep drivers aware of the temperature of their cargo, some of which must be kept at specific temperatures.

LAS VEGAS—Fans of historic handhelds will thrill to this. Today at CES, we saw the Planet Gemini PDA, a folding clamshell Android-based computer that looks like a Psion or Windows CE device from 15 years ago.
Fujitsu’s PalmSecure system maps the veins in a person’s hand, using infrared rays to create a unique vein pattern image. This lets users authenticate on Windows Hello by hovering their hand over sensors embedded in some of Fujitsu’s Windows 10 laptops and tablets, or use a standalone USB sensor.
On the hardware side, the device could also do with some refinement. There’s a weird wedge-shaped gap when the lid is closed due to the metal hinge, and while I don’t really care about it, practically everyone else I’ve shown the laptop to has pointed it out unprompted. The potential for bric-a-brac in my rucksack to mess up the screen means I’d have to keep it in a separate case. This is pretty much the only gripe I have on the hardware side, though, and that’s far better than having a dust-allergic keyboard.
With regard to specific features, OUKITEL includes all of the standard flash, HDR, filters, Panoramic mode, blurring (listed on this devices under “SLR”), and pro settings that are typically found in Android AOSP camera software. It’s worth noting that the blurring feature is not the same as a “bokeh” effect, as the software will accomplish that on its own. However, the company also splits the automation in "Beauty" for more manual control over adjustments. Some of those are, at least in name, somewhat disconcerting — such as the option to ‘whiten’ skin tone, enlarge eyes, or ‘slim’ down facial features. But it may be useful for some users who want more fine-tuned control over their selfies. Moving past that, this camera is capable of shooting up to 40-shots in rapid succession and that’s accompanied by the thoughtful addition of a feature allowing the volume keys to act as hardware-based shutter buttons in the settings menu.
90s? Were indispensable in the first seven years after 2000. Were as common on the hip as sliderules were back in the 70s, at least in the busy engineering environment I was in at the time. “Beaming” information to a co-worker over IR link was a common practice.
Also, and we’re curious why Ulefone mentions this, the phone can cope with being immersed in a meter of concrete for 24 hours. Should you end up in concrete for a day, as happens to some unfortunate people, whether or not your phone will survive is probably the least of your concerns…
“By adopting [the] FIDO specification, partners will be delivering differentiated and innovative Windows Hello companion devices that meet the needs of both consumers and businesses, including those in heavily regulated industries,” said Saboori.
Apparently no one mentioned OpenMoko either, maybe because it (the OpenMoko GTA01 and GTA02) has integrated cellular telephony capability.
